Ben Dover: Superstars of Sex is part of a long-established chain of films that sees Steve Perry as Ben Dover filming women in various situations but with the same premise. Each girl is caught, usually seemingly unaware, while at work or at leisure and, literally, has the pants charmed off them by either Ben Dover himself or one of his regular cohorts, Superdick, or others.

Each encounter results in some 'arty' film shots, some foreplay and finally full sex, but thanks to the prudish types at the BBFC, the no-no's of penetration, erections over 45 degrees from the vertical (I kid you not!) and the 'money shot', are all censored or the picture is zoomed in, so you know what's happening but it appears to be just offscreen.

The girls featured in this compilation are:

• Missy, a tall, young blonde who is found 'twisting by the pool' and does the honours for Ben Dover with John Stagliano.
• Amanda, who has long, flowing black hair and a short tartan mini-skirt. Sean Michaels joins her for a spot of "uphill gardening"...
• Helen Duval is a bubbly Hungarian blonde, who shows what a Paris hotel room does for her libido, and
• Nikki Sterling, a British girl demonstrates a solo act for her man before finishing him off.

Does my bum look big in this ?

Being shot with a camcorder, the encoding is surprisingly first-rate with no artifacts to be found. The camerawork isn't always all it could be, so it loses a point for that. The average bitrate is a very good 8.5Mb/s and if you have a widescreen TV and want to zoom in on the picture, don't let me stop you.

The sound quality brings across clear dialogue and other 'special effects', literally consisting of slap and tickle but not much else.
