Complete Boxset:

THE A-TEAM SEASONS 1-5 and THE A-TEAM TRIPLE ACTION PACK

One of the most iconic TV series ever made is back with a bang this summer as Hannibal Smith, Mr T, the Face Man, and Howling Mad Murdoch are once again unleashed thanks to Universal Playback and the re-launch of The A-Team: The Original Series from July 19th, 2010.

Just as the brand new A-Team assembles on cinema screens, Universal Playback is reminding people why the original is nearly always the best by re-launching all five seasons of The A-Team on individual box sets and as a sumptuous The A-Team: Seasons 1-5 box set. In addition, The A-Team Triple Action Pack DVD also gives old and new fans alike the perfect opportunity to sample three episodes of the series at its very best – the perfect taster before jumping head-first into the best that 80’s TV has to offer.

The A-Team follows a team of Vietnam vets, on the run from the military police having been framed for a crime they did not commit. Led by the enigmatic Hannibal Smith (George Peppard, Breakfast At Tiffany’s, TV’s Banacek) the team includes the no-nonsense BA Baracus (Mr T, Rocky III, Not Another Teen Movie), the smooth Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck (Dirk Benedict, Battlestar Galactica, Love Boat) and the unpredictable ‘Howling Mad’ Murdoch (Dwight Schultz, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: The Next Generation). Together they travel the United States, always staying one step ahead of the authorities whilst also managing to help people in need to fight their own injustices along the way.

Packed with over-the-top action and incredible stunts, The A-Team became a stalwart of Saturday nights during the 1980s and, with the arrival of the new film in cinemas, a wave of nostalgia is bringing people’s minds back to the glory days of the original series. And, as the home of cult TV, Universal Playback is duly obliging with the re-release of this classic series. Sp expect A-Team fever to sweep the nation once again!

The A-Team DVDs are available on from 19th July, 2010.

A complete DVD boxset is also available and is on Amazon for £78.85 (RRP £129.99).
