Music chart summary: w/e August 14th 2010...
This week, the No.1 went to Ne-Yo's Beautiful Monster. Basically, if you like his music, you'll like this. If not,
like me, you won't. On the plus side, it displaced The Wanted all the way down to No.5.
Meanwhile, there are new entries for The Hoosiers' Choices (No.11), DJ Fresh's Gold Dust (No.24),
Paloma Faith's New York (No.44) and Arcade Fire's We Used To Wait at No.75.
In the album charts, conversely, they take the top slot with their latest release, The Suburbs, knocking Eminem
down to No.2.
The other new entries come from
Chicane's Giants (No.35), Buckcherry's All Night Long (No.57),
The Black Crowes' Croweology (No.62) and Best Coast's Crazy For You (No.67).
